Marine Results has just completed another milestone rig refit to the 122ft (38m) luxury cruising superyacht La Cattiva.
Launched in 1990 La Cattiva was a mega yacht ahead of her time. Designed by Ed Dubois, she was the first superyacht to be built at Pendennis shipyard. In 2006 her rig was completely replaced in a far reaching turn-key package, project managed by Marine Results.
Now the yacht is in Taragonna, Spain, where she is undergoing a major engineering refit during which we serviced the rods and all components. She is shortly to be re-launched and our team, who always see every project through from start to finish, will carry out sail trials to ensure that everything is fully operational. The project is another example of Marine Results’ flexibility and mobility.
The company designed a fully operational base to undertake the work, moving a container, trollies and all necessary tooling into place.
