Prana: five year service for sailing superyacht

Another of the majestic sailing superyachts designed by Dubois is the 52m (170ft) Prana.  Marine Results is carrying out a five year service on her mast.  She is one of a number of yachts that Marine Results is currently working on in Mallorca, alongside the dock in Palma.  The eight year old yacht has had her mast lifted out, and dismantled.  A huge consignment of components from the rig has been shipped back to Marine Results’ Hamble UK facility by road and is currently undergoing dye penetrant inspections to look for any flaws, while ropes are being inspected too.  Marine Results is working in conjunction with OYS to replace any flawed components.   Have a look at our video of the job in action.
