Marine Results has recently completed a full mast service on the beautiful 39.75m ketch Huckleberry (formerly Victoria of Strathearn).
Built in 2001 by Alloy Yachts and designed by Langhan Design, Huckleberry was given a full mast service by Marine Results at Newport RI during February 2011.
Our team at Marine Results, which has a fully mobile operation capable of going anywhere in the world, took our rigging service and four of our experts to the Newport dockside where we hauled out the masts, and fully inspected them, including the OYS rods. We serviced the Navtec hydraulics and also specified and supplied new rope work.
Much of the work was carried out in thick snow but we weren’t put off and the job was speedily completed!
